A Better Footprint offers the following Returns Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right to inspect any returned item before issuing a refund. We cannot accept returns on any food/drink items or worn/washed apparel. Orders affiliated with a Fundraiser can be exchanged only, within 7 days. In the event that any item is damaged or defective, A Better Footprint will replace at our cost, including return shipping. Thank you!

Returns must be pre-approved and sent along with invoice or receipt to: 1228 Main Street, Green Bay, WI 54302. Actually, we have had very few returns so we are very confident that you will love your products as much as we love them!
